"Chaos Incarnate"

Koy is a creature akin to a cryptid. They have shapeshifting abilities and are akin to that of a reptile.

Koy's chaotic nature has deemed them a semi-threat and are under constant surveillance by the agency which hosts them.

They have access to human technology and are learning to interact with the world properly through their agency's housing program. Koy currently resides at their agency's headquarters, where they occassionally are allowed to roam the world with a special agent by their side at all times.
