My TOS is in place to protect both me as an artist and you as a client.

Please read through each index carefully before requesting a commission!

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be done upfront through Ko-fi after a price has been discussed and agreed upon.

Using the One-Time donation option on my Ko-fi is not a proper form of payment for a commission. If you use this to send payment, this will be considered a DONATION and you will not receive a commission slot, nor will you get that money back.

I do not begin working on commissions until after payment is sent.

All prices listed here are base price. Prices vary depending on the amount of detail required for a character, as well as extra props or backgrounds.

Once work has begun on your commission, NO REFUNDS will be issued unless I decide to cancel the commission, to which I would refund payment 100%.

PROCESS

All discussions are done through direct message via Discord.

References are required in the form of either images, existing reference images, or detailed descriptions. If you want a specific pose, please send references or make a sketch of your vision. (It does not need to be detailed, a stick figure works just fine!)

I will periodically send you updates through the commission process.
(Rough Sketch > Clean Sketch > Lineart > Flat Colors > Render/Final)
Any revisions should be requested during the Rough and Clean sketch phase.
Once lineart/flats are complete, any other revisions should be for color corrections only.
Should you need any major revisions after this phase, you may be charged extra.

USAGE

You are required to include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the Artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.

You may not profit off my work. This includes use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

You may not use the Artwork for any form of generative AI training purposes, NFTs or crypto.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission. This includes tracing over my Artwork in any way and/or including the use of the artwork as a base.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

These are varied sketches. The higher you pay, the more detail you get.
Base price ($15) gets you a semi-clean sketch with no shading/coloring.
