Story:
"This creature was not captured by the agency.
They simply showed up at our headquarters one day and managed to sneak their way in.
They looked like a normal human until they revealed they could change form.
We are unsure of what exactly they are, where they came from, or why they're here.
They can read, write and speak English and seem to have grown up around humans, although some of their behavior comes off as chaotic and random.
We managed to keep them contained in one of our cells.".
